| L - Privacy The personal data requested when placing the order are collected by MPC Srl and processed on computer, in order to meet the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the customer and will not under any circumstances and under any circumstances be transferred to third parties. MPC guarantees its customers compliance with the rules on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code under Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.06.03.The owner of the data processing is MPC Srl, via Tortona 21 20144 (MI) in the person who from time to time has the legal representation, unless it is appointed a manager pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. By registering in the shops of the circuit MPC srl, the customer data will be processed to send marketing communications only and exclusively related to the circuit itself.
