Methods of payment
1D. Advance Bank Transfer
In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the reason for the bank transfermust be reported:
Identification of the order (Year, type and nr order) which is issued in theorder confirmation email.

The order will be managed only after the bank account of MPC Srl has beencredited. The management of transfers takes place 3 times a week (Mon / Mon /Mon / Fri) . The timing of order management with bank transfer payment are thelongest (about 7 days) because they depend on the credit, the administrativemanagement of MPC Srl and logistics management. MPC Srl does not keep the goodscommitted until the credit has been received. The order is sent only when the actualcredit is made to MPC Srl`s bank account, which must take place within 10working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Once these deadlineshave been exceeded, the order will be considered automatically cancelled.
2D.1 Credit Card
In the case of purchase of goods with credit card payment methods, therelevant bank shall authorise the amount of the purchase at the same time asthe online transaction is concluded.
The accepted credit cards are all those that use Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Theshipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the deliveryaddress, the type of products ordered and the delivery method chosen.

Shipping conditions

Delivery will be made by carriers chosen by the seller in UK. Delivery will be made tothe address indicated by the client, which is responsible for receiving therequested product. Delivery times are mentioned in the item description, andmay vary depending on the destination country, on product type, and servicetransport used. The delivery times indicated are expressed in working days.

Taxes informations

The prices indicatedfor each product sold by the seller, are tax included. The price of theproducts does not include shipping costs, which are summarized in the basket webpage.

Returns and Refunds

Accordingto the law, the customer, after the delivery of the order, may exercise theright of withdrawal and return the product for replacement or refund. Theshipping costs for returning the product are in charge to the customer. Productsreturned without an authorization number, or with shipping costs charged to therecipient, will be refused. The returned product must be always in its originalpackaging, in the same condition that it was delivered, and full of allaccessories, documentation and instruction manuals. All products returnedincomplete, damaged, without original packaging, or manipulated more than isneeded to assess the characteristics and nature of the product itself, will notbe reimbursed. In case of withdrawal, the refund will be made only after thereceipt of the products.

Undelivered products or in transit

To cancel apending order is required a written notice, that could be an email or a letter.The client receives mail with the shipping alert when the product leaves ourwarehouse; if an order has been collected from the carrier, it can no longer becanceled.

If theclient wishes to cancel an order already collected by the carrier, the shippingcost and the cost of the return, will be in charge to the customer and cannotbe reimbursed.
